Howzat Eh! Cricket in Canada
The Global T20 is an initiative taken by Cricket Canada to provide a platform to the youngsters to showcase their talent. The competition in 2019 consisted of six teams, the Brampton Wolves, the Edmonton Royals, the Montreal Tigers, the Toronto Nationals, the Vancouver Knights and the Winnipeg Hawks, The first season included Cricket West Indies representative team, consisting entirely of players from the Caribbean, as part of an official partnership with Cricket West Indies.
